The SeaDuction Floats™ currently garner over $100.00+ per day without guest retention.

These attractive Floating Cabanas were brought to market out of a desire to “upgrade” amenities for guests while creating an avenue for increasing revenues for resort properties.

There has never been anything produced in the resort industry that completely captivates guests with such awe and amazement while immersing them in luxurious comfort and generating incredible revenues to resorts bottom line.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The SeaDuction Floats™ use a vacuum forming process with outer shells made from ABS Hair Cell Plastic material with a white Korad 100% Acrylic Multi-polymer for UV protection .SeaDuction Floats are built for to last in a harsh marine environment.

The Marine Aquaplaus Closed Cell Foam PVC Bulkheads  provide 16 chambers with sealed foam blocks for added floatation.

You can basically slice the SeaDuction Float™ up in multiple parts and it will not sink !

Fasteners are stainless steel and aluminum.

The Inversion Tri hull Water Flow design prevents fish tale swaying when anchored and tilt due to uneven weight distribution.

LABOR

Seafloats™ are designed to have minimal staff requirements for set up ( 5 minutes ) and removal ( 5 minutes ).

This includes bringing the Seafloats™ down to the water, and snapping them on to the yellow anchor buoy and retrieval at the days end. The Umbrella, Privacy Canopy, and Backrests remain attached on the to the Seafloat™ overnight

OPERATIONAL AMENITY REVIEW

Anchoring Systems

1). A simple 4 foot Screw in anchor that is screwed into the sand 4 inches below the sand bottom and has a 1/4 inch line that vertically attaches to a 4 inch yellow buoy at the top, 2 feet above the high tide mark.

This anchor system remains installed unless you wish to change its location.

(Installation or removal time is 5 minutes)

2.) Portable anchoring system consisting of a Guardian G-5 aluminum anchor with mud palms and a 15 foot, 1/4 inch line that  attaches to a 4 inch yellow buoy at the top, for freedom of choice of location and removal.

The desired location of the SeaDuction float is in one to two feet depth at low tide , this makes for easy access and delivery of F+B needs .

Each day you simply launch the Seafloat™ and attach the yellow anchor buoy to a grab handle for the desired viewing position, and remove at the end of the day.

3.) Pools or hard bottoms:  Rubber coated Mushroom Anchor is used to prevent scratching.

SeaDuction Floats™ are at home on the beach as well as in the tide line.

Four Grab Handles surrounding the Sea Float™ can be chosen to tether the small yellow anchor buoy.

Snap on blue scupples make this easy so you can turn the float to any one of these grab handles you choose and snap on to change your direction of view.

The Ice Coolers and storage containers are watertight, and self-draining,

Soft products can be of any commercial marine fabric for umbrellas, cushions and canopy in color of choice.

The Umbrella has a handle to open and close from a sitting position.

The Windjammer Umbrella contains a top elastic wind vents, in case of wind gusts it simply pops up to release air up drafts .

Guests will benefit from a 15 % reduction in the radiant heat index when the Sea Floats™ are in the water verses being on the beach.

The Privacy Canopy can also be opened and closed from a sitting position by attaching or detaching the black Canopy Strap.

The Super Schmooze Cushions contain an inflatable air bladder for body forming comfort and the bottom of the cushion is a plastic screen which releases water for quick drying.

You can also remove the cushion from your Sea Float™ and use as your own floating personal raft.

SeaDeck is laid on the top of the Seafloats™ deck to prevent cushion slippage and guest safety.

When cushions are not on the Seafloat™ you can order design prints on the SeaDeck and slip over print covers such as the Mermaids shown in our presentation, while in the water they actually gyrate for special effects.
